A safe space for sharing
The Pride Pantry was born as a service in response to the need for safe spaces to feed vulnerable LGBT+ people during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, The Pride Pantry is a place that serves over 300 people each month. Feel welcome to come and receive service or make a donation. It will be very well received and allow us to continue providing quality service to our community.
Operating hours:
Monday: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Thursday: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Pride Pantry

During the COVID-19 pandemic, when bars, restaurants, and theme parks in Florida were closed for health precautions, we noticed a significant increase in food insecurity in our community. So we started a Pop Up Pantry.
Subsequently, between September 2020 and August 2021, we opened the Pride Pantry as an official facility of the Center and the space grew. In the first month, we served 70 families, and now we are doing an average of more than 300 families and individuals monthly.
We rely on the generosity of our community to help us keep our Pride Pantry stocked so we can serve more and more people sustainably.
Please donate to our Pride Pantry. We accept necessities as well as monetary donations. We provide proof of donation for tax purposes.

  • Packaged food (pasta, salt, cereal, etc.).
  • Non-perishable canned goods (fruit, vegetables, tuna, chicken, peanut butter, pasta sauce, etc.).
  • Personal hygiene items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, socks, soap, body wash, etc.).
  • Cleaning supplies (toothpaste, toothbrushes, socks, soap, body wash, etc.).
  • Pet food and treats.
  • Office and school supplies.
Your support and generosity are greatly appreciated. Together, we can make a positive difference in the lives of our community members. Thank you for joining us in this important cause.
If you would like to contribute to the Pride Pantry, we encourage you to bring your donations to either The Center Orlando or The Center Kissimmee during their regular operating hours.
